★ In 1966, 18 people gathered to make preparations for the establishment of Chenliangji.
★ In May 1967, the company was officially open, mainly engaged in the installation and maintenance of grain processing machines in the region, and started to manufacture the self-applied equipments.
★ In 1971, 90 apprentices and employees were recruited, and bullnose plane and gear hobbing devices were manufactured to equip the provincial grain machineries and township enterprises.
★ In 1978, the enterprise, with 107 employees, began to produce storage facilities grain elevators and conveyors.
★ In 1981, monotube temperature-cooling fans were put into mass production.
★ In 1988, the company developed a batch of patented rice milling and processing products: gravity paddy separators, cleaning screens, stoning machines, and polished rice screens. Since then, it began to focus on the R&D and mass production of rice processing equipment.
★ In 1990, the old production base and comprehensive office building were reconstructed.
★ In 1991, the gravity paddy separator MGCZ100X10/12 was awarded the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress by Hunan Grain Bureau.
★ n 1992, the plane rotary cleaning screen TQLMIO0/125 was rated the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress by Hunan Grain Bureau; the polished rice grading screen MMJM100/125 was awarded the title of National New Product; and the development and application of small-sized integrated rice mill unit received the First Prize of National Spark Award.
★ In 1998, it was destructed and renamed Hunan Chenzhou Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd. The patented products, vertical twin-roll rice mill and vertical twin-roll polishing machine, were successful developed and stimulated the domestic rice polishing market. It built a modernized production base in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. The complete rice processing plant of steelwork platform obtained the national patent.
★ In 1999, MNML vertical twin-roll rice mill was awarded the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress by the State Bureau of Grain Reserve.
★ In 2000, the vertical twin-roll rice mill, vertical twin-roll polishing machine, and the combined set of the two were awarded the Second Prizes of National Scientific and Technological Progress, and entitled the National Key New Products for their unique technological strengths in high processing quality,
★ In 2001, the R & D Center, in Changsha High-tech Development Zone (Lugu), was finished, covering an area of 20,000 square meters.
★ In 2003, Changsha Wanhua Milling Equipment Co., Ltd. was set up. And the fine crushing machine cooperatively developed with Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy was successfully put into the market. The company began its multi-industry plan.
★ In 2004, the enterprise completed the shareholding reform and successfully transformed into a private enterprise.
★ In 2005, the enterprise absorbed the advanced foreign technologies and successfully developed color selectors and pneumatic hulling separators.
★ In 2006, introduced in strategic shareholders, optimized the equity structure, and founded a Sino-foreign joint venture (Hong Kong-funded).
★ In 2007, the enterprise was integrally moved to Chenzhou Nonferrous Metals Industrial Park and built a modern industrial factory building covering an area of 20,000 square meters. It entered a new phase of development.
